Shipping
How and when pieces leave the workshop.

When your order ships
- In stock pieces are packed and sent within three working days of your order.
- Made to order pieces ship when they are finished. The lead time on the product page counts from the day you order, and we email when your piece is ready.
- Seconds ship like in-stock pieces.
Where we ship
List the countries or regions you deliver to, and any you do not.
Costs
Explain how shipping is charged: a flat rate, a rate by weight or size, or a quote for large furniture. If your payment provider adds shipping at checkout, say so here.
Packing and damage
Ceramics are wrapped and double-boxed. Furniture is wrapped in blankets and sent by a courier who books a delivery time with you. If something arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take photographs and write to us within a few days.
